History of the Aware Business Community Julian Noel, of Aware Business, started the community as a way of gathering together businesspeople who felt they had a spiritual purpose behind their work. He says, "there is an increasing number of people for whom their spiritual life plays a significant role in how they live and work. They come from many differing backgrounds and professions, and are united by the intent to do well whilst doing good. As more and more people become attuned to their deeper purpose this has begun to reflect itself in business.
